Ticket cancellation policy: If you cannot make it to your scheduled event, you may request a transfer voucher here up to 48 hours before the event. Your transfer voucher will expire in 90 days. Transfers are not available less than 48 hours before the event. You may let family or a friend of your choosing use your ticket in your absence.
If a public event is rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances and you cannot make it to the new event date, please message Happily Painted or click here for a refund or voucher within 48 hours before the rescheduled event date. Vouchers may not be issued after an event has already started.
Public events may be canceled if there are 5 or fewer tickets sold for that event. Customers will receive the option of either a refund or a voucher for a future event.
Transfer vouchers are not available for all types of events.
Private Parties
There is a minimum number of (10) attendees required for private parties. If you do not meet your minimum number of people, you will be responsible for the difference.
Cancellation policy: We do require a non-refundable down payment to secure a private party date. If you cancel your private event, you will not be refunded the down payment amount. You will be given a voucher for the amount used as a down payment.
Private party weather cancellation: If the venues and or roads in the town of the event are closed, you will have the option of rescheduling your private party to a different date.

We ask guests to do their best to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone. While we know the “sipping” part can be fun, we care about you and ask that you please drink responsibly and be able to get home safely.
